Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional and regulatory requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
Maintain compliance with labor laws and educational regulatory bodies
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee database
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention strategies
Support management in performance appraisal and staff development initiatives





Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in educational institutions
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Preferred Skills
Experience handling HR in colleges/universities
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic academic environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
