Learn Ops Responsibilities

Current Responsibilities
- Synthesize information from multiple, diverse stakeholders into cohesive, unified learning content and materials aligning to learning objectives and drive behavioral change.
- Write and evaluate learning objectives to determine which delivery methods best support MarketStar Core Values and business objectives that have measurable outcomes.
- Develop recommendations for changes and improvements to learning content and materials, ensuring alignment with company objectives and culture.
- Serve as a strategic partner to support the consistency and quality of learning content and materials.
- Research and incorporate best practices and ideas from the industry and other disciplines.
- Manage and execute LMS learning campaigns.
- Provide technical support for systems including Workday LMS and Skillsoft LMS.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of learning motivation theories, behavioral outcome, technology application, cognitive science and instructional design principles.
- Experience working with Articulate 360.
