Teamcenter Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Siemens Teamcenter-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, business process transformation, systems integration, and enterprise-scale PLM deployments.

The Teamcenter Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, IT leadership, and implementation partners to design scalable and innovative PLM solutions that enable digital transformation across product development, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define and own the end-to-end Teamcenter solution architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Design scalable, secure,



and high-performing Teamcenter solutions to support product lifecycle processes.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, solution blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate current Teamcenter capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.

Teamcenter Implementation & Configuration

- Lead Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, migration, and rollout programs.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure and customize Teamcenter modules as required.
- Conduct design workshops and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to development, testing, and support teams.
