Chronograph Project Consultants LLP is hiring an experienced Construction Manager for a premium luxury villa project in Hyderabad.

Position: Construction Manager
Experience: 16+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Project: Premium Luxury Villa / Residential Project

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Manage civil, structural, architectural and finishing works.
- Monitor manpower, materials and contractor performance.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of the project.
- Review drawings, BOQs and construction requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.




- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders.
- Ensure proper workmanship and high-quality finishing standards.
- Candidate Requirements

- 16+ years of experience in construction/project execution.
- Robust experience in residential construction.
- Experience in luxury villa or high-end residential projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural and finishing works.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively.
