We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Key responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products and services.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper customer records.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up details, and lead status.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
