Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Solution Design a. Define scalable, secure, and extensible Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards.

b. Lead multi-cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.

c. Design enterprise-grade integration patterns using APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and real-time/batch integrations.

d. Establish architectural guardrails, design standards, and reusable frameworks.

2. Enterprise Integration a. Architect integrations with ERP, CPQ, billing, marketing automation, identity providers, and third-party systems.

b. Design REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, External Services, and MuleSoft-based integrations.

c. Implement data synchronization strategies, large data volume handling, and performance optimization.

d. Define error handling, monitoring,



and logging mechanisms for integrations.

3. Technical Leadership a. Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration patterns, and DevOps.

b. Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical governance.

c. Drive CI/CD implementation using up-to-date DevOps tools and SFDX-based development.

d. Mentor technical teams and enforce best practices for quality and scalability.

4. Security & Compliance a. Design role hierarchy, sharing models, and data security frameworks.

b. Implement OAuth, SSO, JWT, Named Credentials, and external authentication models.

c. Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data governance standards
