Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Optometrist Cum Store Incharge to manage eye testing, customer consultations, optical sales, and day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong optometry knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage a retail optical store efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests for customers.
- Perform refraction and identify common vision-related issues.
- Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and optical solutions based on customer requirements.
- Explain prescriptions, lens options, coatings, and other optical products to customers.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Handle sales, billing, stock management, and inventory control.
- Achieve store sales targets and improve customer conversion.
- Maintain proper records of eye tests, sales, inventory, and store activities.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of frames and optical products.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the central team regarding stock, sales,



staff attendance, and operational requirements.
- Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Support and guide store staff to achieve business and customer service objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of optometry, refraction, and eye testing.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Retail sales and store management experience.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and billing processes.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day store operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry.
- 610 years of experience in optical retail or optometry.
- Candidates with experience as Optometrist, Store Incharge, Optical Store Manager, or Optical Sales Executive are preferred.
