The roles and responsibilities of the Branch Manager:

1. The Branch Head will be primarily responsible and accountable for all the Business Operations of the Branch and will ensure that the sales targets assigned to the Branch are successfully achieved.

2. He will be equally responsible for prudent underwriting of policies and for proper and effective administration of the Branch.

3. He will be responsible for recruiting and building a outstanding marketing team of Sales Managers and Agents and will supervise, manage and guide the sales force to success.

4. He shall exercise due care and diligence in all his functions and remain ever vigilant against frauds that may be perpetrated on the company.

The Branch Head shall ensure timely accounting of premium received by the Branch In different modes and arrange to duly deposit the same into the company's bank account forthwith. .

6. The Branch Head will be duty bound to ensure prompt customer service to the clients.

*The Branch Manager (Insurance) is responsible for the overall management and success of the branch. This includes achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role requires a balance of sales aptitude, leadership, and operational management skills.
