Job Summary

Operate 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Milling machines for precision aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Milling machines.
- Load fixtures, tools and workpieces.
- Perform tool changes and offsets.
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Conduct in-process inspection.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and safety.

Required Skills
- Fanuc / Siemens Controls
- 3 / 4 / 5 Axis machining
- Engineering drawing interpretation
- GD&T; preferred
- Cutting tools

Qualification

ITI (Turner / Machinist / Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

1-4 years in Aerospace, Defence or Precision Manufacturing.
