- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MSP, and other tools to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., MS Project) to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
- Provide expert guidance on planning best practices to team members.
Job Requirements :
- 12-17 years of experience in oil & gas industry with a focus on planning engineering or operations.
- Robust knowledge of Primavera P6, MSP, and other similar software applications.
- Proven track record in developing accurate project schedules using scheduling techniques such as Gantt charts or Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
