Position Overview

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial projects, to manage project execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor civil project execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and manpower productivity.
- Review contractor measurements, bills, variations, and claims.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, interiors, and other services.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, IS standards, safety requirements,



and statutory regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records, and handover documents.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts and take corrective actions.

Qualification & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech/ in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant project/site execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and external works.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
