Job Title: US Legal Recruiter

Work Location: Kothaguda/ Begumpet/ Ameerpet

Salary range: 4-7 LPA (Negotiable based on relevant staffing experience) + Performance Incentives up to 24 Lakhs

Work timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST

- Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter etc.
- A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
- Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
