- Degree level education is desirable
- Proven experience in contract administration, procurement operations, or a related function, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and systems.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present contract data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
