As a member of the Pega Consulting (GTM) India team, you will work closely with our project teams and clients to provide that the technical architecture oversight of the delivered solution matches the clients requirements. They collaborate directly with our clients and Pega development as well as Experience Design teams to provide technical design solutions.

Pega Consulting India (PCI) team works with end customers to determine their business requirements and develops solutions for these requirements using the Pega platform and frameworks. The team works closely with our US/APAC/EMEA counterparts and ensures that our customer has a quality solution within their budget. You will provide thought leadership and Pega-specific application design guidance on multiple clients facing implementation projects.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Responsible for the technical design solutions of the Pega applications, integration, and project workflow of various Pega projects using Pega Infinity, Pega Mobile, and Pega Strategic Apps
Responsible for technical deliverables
Ability to interact with a wide range of internal/external users and stakeholders.
Ability to manage constructive criticisms and feedback and to positively apply this feedback.
Ability to explain the reasoning behind the architectural decision based on enterprise and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and collaborative skills

Who You Are:

- You are a hands-on, collaborative individual with experience collaborating with technical architects, business users, and engineers.
- 10-15 yearsexperience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications.
- Experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
- Achieved a Pega Lead System Architect Certification (CLSA)
- Familiarity with the various technical landscapes of multi-channel business architectures including CRM, web, mobile, legacy, and 3rd-party software systems and the key linkages between them.

What You've Accomplished:

Provided thought leadership to team members and clients across business and technical project dimensions.
Provided technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues.
Functioned as a coach and mentor to team members.
