We are currently hiring for an exciting Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant opportunity and would like to invite suitable candidates for a Face-to-Face Interview (LTM) in Hyderabad 22nd Aug 2026.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with 5 to 13 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials implementation, support, customization, and business process analysis. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules and experience working with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.

Work extensively with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CE).

Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional solutions.

Configure Oracle EBS based on business and accounting requirements.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.

Work closely with technical consultants for reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations.

Analyze and resolve production issues and provide root-cause analysis.

Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Prepare test cases, functional documents, user manuals, and training materials.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.





Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.

Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams.

Participate in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, and production support projects.

Required Functional Skills

513 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.

Excellent knowledge of:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CE)

Good understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial processes.

Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Experience with GL period close, AP/AR close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Knowledge of Multi-Org, MOAC, Legal Entities, Ledgers, Operating Units, and Accounting Calendars.

Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams.

Good understanding of Oracle EBS interfaces, concurrent programs, reports, and integrations.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.

Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects.

Knowledge of Tax, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Experience with third-party integrations.

Knowledge of Oracle Financial reporting tools.

Solid stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
