About the Role
Value Delivery & Process Optimization
- Value Delivery: Identify the potential improvements in technology and process and work with customers to drive business outcomes (e.g., DSO reduction, increased auto-match rates).
- The "Day-in-the-Life" Audit: Leading a team to conduct deep-dive observations of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks.
- Adoption Strategy: Design and execute playbooks that drive user engagement and ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of the client’s finance operations.
Strategic Governance & Steering Committee meeting
- Operational Committee Ownership: Coaching the team to conduct effective operational committee meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics and tactical progress.
- Driving Steerco: Running Steering Steering Committees meeting client C level execs and champions, providing the data-driven narrative of value delivered.
Weekly Business Review
- Chairing Weekly Business Review (WBR): Driving WBR with Forward Deployed Architects reviewing the weekly progress and identifying path to green for red areas.
- Execution Governance:
Boots on the ground coach for driving the actions to closure helping team achieve department KPIs.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Orchestration: Stakeholder management of internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting for strategic initiatives and high-impact escalations.
- Task Force Leadership: When a critical issue arises, you lead the war room. You own the resolution timeline and the post-mortem strategy to prevent recurrence.
Churn Management:
- Winning with Playbooks : Design playbooks for Churn Risk identification (low feature adoption or Value KPI’s, NPS etc) and execution strategy capturing structured client feedback and offer value-recovery paths.
