Job Role

- Creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion in a scaled workplace
- Knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps, which requires a good basis understanding
- Knowledge about RISE and infrastructural setups
- Stakeholder management to put up the cutover plan
- Executing the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty

Skills and Knowledge required





- Minimum 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades (EHP, ..) from a technical perspective
- Deep understanding of the different phases of a brownfield conversion, he should be knowledgeable about terms like SUM, NZDT, Simplification Items, CVI, Retrofit, etc.
- Ability to manage a cutover plan
- Having managed as manager on duty the execution of the cutover steps
- Good communication skills
- Clear and crisp communication of tasks
- Technical understanding behind the different cutover tasks
- Need to be available full time or 90% travelling to be in Dubai
