Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Devbhumi Dwarka district, encompassing positions such as Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Executive, Front Office Associate, Guest Service Associate, and Guest Relations Executive. The role involves managing front desk operations,



welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring smooth and efficient guest interactions. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations and room allocations, responding to guest queries and requests, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to enhance the guest experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, monitoring lobby areas, and supporting the team in meeting service standards and operational goals. Individuals in this role are expected to uphold Lemon Tree’s service philosophy, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere.
