Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Alwar. The Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations,



including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and values. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining personnel records, coordinating employee advantages, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves advising managers and team members on HR-related matters, handling grievance resolution in a fair and confidential manner, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and institutional standards. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training, development, and retention strategies that strengthen SCEH’s mission-driven workforce.
