We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager, Process to join our team in India. In this role, you will expand Cadmatic’s presence in the process industry market by building strong customer relationships, growing existing business, and winning new opportunities. You will work closely with customers, product specialists, marketing,



and support teams while reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director – Head of India & SEA.

You’ll be based in our office in Mumbai. At Cadmatic, we work in a hybrid model. This role requires traveling.

What you will work on:
Growing Cadmatic’s business in India by winning new customers and expanding opportunities within existing accounts
Building trusted relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers at customer organizations
Achieving revenue and order intake targets through strategic account management and long-term customer development
Identifying growth opportunities across existing customers, recent prospects, and competitor install bases, while creating account plans to support future growth
Building a healthy sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts that support business planning
Working closely with product specialists, marketing, and support teams to advance opportunities, plan demand generation activities, and cr
