Role Description

The Store Manager role at Hatsu India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory checks, and ensuring a clean, organized retail space. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the store team, monitoring performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

The Store Manager tracks sales targets, manages cash handling and reporting, and implements retail loss prevention measures. The position also involves coordinating with head office on promotions,



product launches, and design initiatives, while maintaining consistent brand guidelines in-store.

Qualifications
Robust focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of creating positive in-store experiences.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and collaborating with management.
Demonstrated Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and sales performance monitoring.
Educational background in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
