Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current business opportunities in the Rebar Detailing, Structural Detailing, AutoCAD, and BIM services space.
Research and connect with potential clients, contractors, structural consultants, fabricators, and construction companies.
Handle B2B sales and lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain our Rebar Detailing and CAD/Structural Detailing services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities in construction, structural engineering, rebar detailing, and CAD/BIM services.
