? We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) | Cosmo Canvas Beauté (CCB)

Cosmo Canvas Beauté, a GMP-certified private label and contract cosmetics manufacturer based at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, is looking for a Business Development Manager to own our end-to-end client acquisition and account management function.

This is a full-ownership BDM role: you'll be the primary client-facing driver of growth for CCB, working closely with founder/leadership and the Product Development team.

What you'll work on:
? Hunting: Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new brand clients across colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare, SPF & personal care
? Farming: Managing and growing relationships with existing brand partners — ensuring retention, repeat orders, and account expansion
? Pitching CCB's private label & contract manufacturing capabilities to prospective clients, including custom decks and proposals
? Driving outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry events/trade shows




? Briefing and coordinating with Product Development & R&D; to convert client requirements into winning proposals
? Owning the full sales pipeline — forecasting, tracking, and hitting revenue targets
?️ Representing CCB at exhibitions (e.g. CosmoProf) and industry networking events ? Maintaining client MOMs, follow-ups, and CRM/outreach trackers

Who we're looking for:
2-4 years of B2B sales/business development experience, ideally in beauty, FMCG, or contract manufacturing
Experience owning both new business acquisition and key account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently with high ownership and direct reporting to founder/leadership
Prior experience in cosmetics/personal care private label or contract manufacturing is a robust plus
