About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and practically experienced TDS & Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & TDS Department.
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, TDS compliance, reconciliations, account finalisation, payroll, MIS reporting and client coordination.
This role is suitable for candidates who want strong practical exposure in a professional Chartered Accountancy firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns
TDS computation, payment and compliance review
Downloading and issuing TDS certificates
TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS and books of accounts
Handling TDS defaults, notices and correction statements
Working on TRACES and Income Tax Portal
Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally Prime
Passing purchase, sales, receipt,



payment and journal entries
Bank reconciliation
Ledger and party reconciliation
Review and preparation of Trial Balance
Finalisation of accounts
Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
Payroll processing and salary workings
Preparation of MIS and management reports
Assisting in budgeting and cost-control reporting
PAN application and correction-related work
Client follow-up for data, documents and clarifications
Maintaining proper working papers and compliance records
Managing multiple client assignments within deadlines
Candidate Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and TDS
Good practical knowledge of TDS provisions and return filing
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience in account finalisation and reconciliations
Working knowledge of TRACES a
