Position Summary
The Manager – Project Management & Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end retail branding and fit-out projects across India while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The role requires driving project execution from planning to closure, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations. The incumbent will collaborate with internal stakeholders, branch teams, vendors, quality teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and translate them into executable project plans.
Attend client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication.
Ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Resolve client escalations within defined timelines.
Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly project updates to clients.
2. Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of retail branding and fit-out projects across multiple locations.
Prepare project execution plans, deployment schedules, and milestone trackers.
Coordinate with branch teams, procurement, fabrication, vendors, QC teams, logistics, and clients.

BOQ Preparation
Client Approval
Fabrication
Installation
Quality Inspection
Work Completion Certificate (WCC)
Project Closure
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Lead pilot projects as well as Pan India rollouts.
3. Smart BOQ & Commercial Validation
Review and validate BOQs prepared by field teams.
Verify quantities against approved recce reports and site measurements.
Ensure compliance with approved rate cards and client specifications.
Identify quantity discrepancies, scope deviations, and commercial risks.
Validate v
