Bringing together its customer, it has played a vital role in connecting and networking with government authorities, body associates and corporates which has helped L&T; grow its businesses for more than 2 decades now. So, a silent performer if we may call ourselves.
DMN is more aligned to its business need and is very adaptable in its approach. DMN believes in workplace agility. In line with its mission statement DMN continues to re-shape, re-design and re-align itself with the changing time to suit the business requirements. Accordingly, the Management has suggested following changes with immediate effect:

business development, and office operations while developing capabilities to independently manage a DMN office in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with government officials and strategic customers.
Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for all L&T; businesses.
Generate leads, arrange customer meetings, and support business conversions.
Maintain regular interaction with government departments, PSUs, consultants, and key customers.
Market Intelligence
Track upcoming projects, policy developments, and investment opportunities.
