Role Description This is a full-time, in office Call Center Executive role based at the Gurugram clinic. The Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, provide information about services, and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups. The role includes maintaining accurate records in clinic systems, coordinating with clinical and front-desk teams, and ensuring that every caller receives courteous and timely support. The Call Center Executive will also help manage call queues, escalate complex issues appropriately, and support basic patient feedback and service recovery activities. Consistent adherence to communication protocols, data privacy standards, and a patient-centered approach is essential.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a patient-first mindset.




Candidates should possess clear verbal and written Communication skills, including fluency in English and Hindi.
Candidates should possess experience in Contact Centers or call handling environments, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to explain services, guide patients toward suitable treatments, and handle queries about plans and packages.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage high call volumes, and use call center or CRM software efficiently.
Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred.
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare call center is an advantage.
