WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Execute our roadmap: field ops, influencer partnerships, onboarding, Meta paid test coordination, and WhatsApp seeding
Run on-ground sessions and camps - sourcing venues and partners, managing logistics
Own and grow the partnership pipeline - from cold pitch to signed batch onboarding
Once proven: hire, train, and manage a small field agent team

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
Have 2-5 years in field sales, BD, or growth ops - ideally in wealth, wealth-tech, fintech, insurance, or microfinance company

DESCRIPTION
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region. This role includes managing and mentoring a regional sales team, setting sales targets,



monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build solid relationships with partners and customers, and identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities involve visiting key accounts, conducting sales presentations, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and using data and insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage regional sales teams, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, territory planning, and pipeline management
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage key accounts, distribution partners, and stakeholders
