Role Description
The Commissioning Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for leading and managing the commissioning of building services for high-performance, sustainable projects. The role involves planning and coordinating commissioning activities, developing commissioning plans and procedures, and ensuring all systems perform according to design intent and client requirements. The Commissioning Manager collaborates closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to review designs, supervise testing and verification, and resolve technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include managing documentation, tracking commissioning progress, reporting on system performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and green building certification requirements. The role also includes supporting procurement decisions related to building systems, optimizing operational efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement of commissioning processes.
