Role Title: Talent Acquisition - Support under the National Apprentice Program

Eligibility: Not having a UAN number.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal Talent Acquisition trackers
Coordinate with recent joiners to confirm and manage their joining dates
Track and coordinate team meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups by sending timely reminders, monitoring action items, and ensuring the closure of pending tasks within agreed timelines
Coordination with internal and external teams
Support campus hiring initiatives, employer branding activities, and Talent Acquisition programs

Eligibility
Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; Post-Graduates are also eligible.
Graduated within the last 3 years / Post-Graduated within the last 5 years.
Must not have previously undergone a NATS apprenticeship or hold a UAN.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.
Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proactive, eager to learn and adaptable.
Must be available for the full 12-month apprenticeship and registered on the NATS portal: www.nats.education.gov.in.
