Role Description The Coordinator Real Estate Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role coordinates day-to-day real estate activities, including tracking property-related documentation, supporting lease administration, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The coordinator works closely with property management teams to schedule inspections, monitor maintenance requests, and support tenant onboarding and move-out processes.



Responsibilities include handling routine administrative tasks, preparing reports, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams, clients, and service providers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
