Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Music Manager who lives and breathes music discovery. This role combines research, curation, trend forecasting, and creative interpretation to build exceptional playlists and music identities for brands, hospitality venues, events, and creative projects.

The ideal candidate understands music beyond charts, they know the history behind genres, recognize emerging sounds before they become popular, and can transform a simple creative brief into an immersive musical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Music Discovery
Continuously discover emerging artists, independent releases, and overlooked classics.




Source hidden gems across global music scenes.
Stay ahead of musical trends rather than following them.
Build and maintain an organized music library across multiple genres.

Playlist Curation
Curate playlists based on client briefs, brand identity, venue atmosphere, demographics, and time of day.
Translate descriptive requests such as:
"Sophisticated rooftop sunset"
"Up-to-date coastal luxury"
"Relaxed premium cocktail bar"
"High-energy weekend brunch"
into cohesive musical experiences.
Ensure playlists maintain consistent flow, energy, and emotional progression.

Music Knowledge Possess extensive knowledge of:
