About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven track record of generating quality leads and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audience, industry, and budget.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis.
Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns.
Manage Meta campaigns including Facebook and Instagram Ads.




Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, audiences, keywords, and bidding strategies.
Develop and implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.
Coordinate with the creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Track and analyze leads and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and other analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify new opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Manage PPC budgets effectively and ensure campaigns remain within approved spending limits.
