Role Description The Business Development Manager – Solar EPC is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in rooftop and other solar EPC projects, building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and commercial offers, and negotiating contracts in line with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and project teams to align client requirements with technical solutions, tracking market trends and competitive activities, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, support marketing initiatives, and represent AYKKA at industry events and customer engagements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales within the solar, renewable energy, or EPC sector, preferably in rooftop projects.
Strong skills in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, with the ability to close complex commercial deals.
