About the Role
We are looking for seasoned Compliance and Legal personnel to join ASAP in Mumbai.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to manage large-scale infrastructure, vendor ecosystems, and Compliance aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before operations.
Maintain zero non-compliance incidents.

2. Legal Documentation
Draft, review, and execute all infrastructure-related agreements.
Maintain complete legal records.

3. Infrastructure Approvals
Coordinate with government departments for:
Fire NOC
Occupancy Certificate
Trade License
Building permissions
Environmental approvals (where applicable)

4. Risk Management
Identify legal risks before project commencement.
Minimize penalties and litigation.

5.Compliance Monitoring
Conduct periodic compliance audits.




Ensure corrective actions are closed within agreed timelines.

Key Requirements
7–10 years of experience in large scale Infrastructure & Compliance roles.
Exposure to the education sector / large campuses / corporate infrastructure preferred.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM / Engineering background (Civil/Electrical preferred).
Certifications in Facility Management / Project Management (added advantage).
