The Role: Research & Insights Intern

If you’re someone who finds joy in interacting with people, enjoys having deep conversations, then this role is for you We're looking for a passionate individual who is keen to interact with consumers on a daily basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to users,



scheduling conversations with them and moderating discussions on various topics relevant to different work streams at Upstox. We're seeking individuals with a proactive mindset, a knack for conversing with users and an unwavering dedication to making things happen.

What You’ll Own:

You'll work alongside other passionate moderators and researchers, solving business challenges through multiple deep dive researches, thereby contributing to problem solving at many levels.Your role will involve:

Qualitative Work:

Engaging with relevant TG and inviting them for a research discussion
Carrying out research discussions / moderations in accordance with the objectives of the

study and discussion guide

Transcription of completed user sessions in an excel format after the discussions

Quantitative Work:

Scripting survey questionnaires and creating survey links
Emailing questionnaires using CRM tools
Scorecard preparation
