About the Role
iQuanta is looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who can independently manage the complete SEO function and drive organic growth. The candidate should have solid expertise across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with a strong understanding of Google Search algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end SEO for iQuanta's website and digital properties.
Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and content-gap analysis.
Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and landing pages.
Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots.txt, site structure, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Plan and execute ethical link-building and Off-Page SEO strategies.
Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, and conversions.




Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for SEO analysis and reporting.
Stay updated with Google Core Updates, Spam Updates, Helpful Content-related changes, Reviews Updates, and other major SEO developments.
Analyse ranking/traffic drops after Google updates and implement corrective strategies.
Ensure content follows search intent, E-E-A-T, content quality, and current Google Search guidelines.
Work with Content, Marketing, Product, and Development teams to implement SEO initiatives.
Prepare regular SEO reports with clear performance insights and action plans.

Requirements:
4-5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proven ability to manage SEO independently from strategy to execution.
Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Strong understanding of the Google algorithm and SEO updates.
Hands-on experience with major SEO and analytics tools.
