Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and grow the company’s fertilizer and agro chemical business within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full-time, in office role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales plans that align with company goals. The Sales Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order execution in coordination with logistics and operations teams. The role includes monitoring sales performance,



reporting on market trends, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development within fertilizers, agro chemicals, or related industries.
Strong capabilities in negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract management with corporate and distributor clients.
Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
