Scope of Business:
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
· Drive primary and secondary sales through distributor networks.
· Ensure maximum product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
· Develop and expand the customer base by identifying new outlets and business opportunities.
· Execute daily beat plans and ensure effective market coverage.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
· Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and replenishment cycles.
· Ensure proper stock rotation and freshness of dairy products at distributor and retail levels.
· Minimize product expiries, damages, and returns through effective inventory management.
· Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and visibility programs in the market.
· Coordinate with distributors for timely order placement and product deliveries.
· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
· Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of market issues.




· Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, outlet coverage, and market intelligence.
· Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.
· Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and reporting systems.
· Support product launches and market development initiatives within the territory.
Maintain effective coordination with Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams
Profile expected:
· 2 to 5 years of experience in Dairy/FMCG sales, preferably handling Fresh Dairy Products.
· Robust knowledge of General Trade sales, distributor management, and retail market execution.
· Good relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Experience in handling perishable products with focus on stock rotation, freshness, and availability.
