Role Description The Senior Vice President Business Development is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities,



and expanding Eggfirst’s presence among brands targeting Tier 2/3 and rural markets. The individual will lead end-to-end business development cycles, including prospecting, pitching, solution design in collaboration with internal teams, and closing high-value deals. Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing executive-level client relationships, overseeing commercial proposals and contract negotiations, and ensuring smooth handover to account management teams for successful delivery. The Senior Vice President will also contribute to business planning, revenue forecasting, and market development strategies, while mentoring and guiding the sales and business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
