Looking for a disciplined management trainee to work directly with the founder & CEO. The main job is to organise sales data, maintain lead/customer details, prepare reports, and support follow-ups and coordination. Over time, the role will grow into Inside Sales and then Field Sales.

Responsibilities:
1)Sales Data & Tracking
2)Maintain lead/customer information in HubSpot CRM tool
3)Keep data clean, updated, and properly organised
4)Avoid duplicates and missing details
5)Use Excel to do analysis
6)Reports for CEO Daily/weekly tracking reports (lead status, follow-ups, meetings, outcomes)
7)Simple dashboards in Excel/Sheets (filters, sorting, basic charts)
8)Draft professional emails and follow-up messages
9)Coordinate meetings, schedules, reminders, and action items
10)Keep notes from calls/meetings and share summaries
11)Growth to Inside Sales (training provided)
12)Support basic lead qualification calls after training
13)Learn how sales works (pitch, follow-up, next steps)

Requirements
1)Graduate (any stream)



with 0–1 year of experience or final semester students available to join full time after successful completion of a 6-month internship
2)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable using business tools such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar, and CRM platforms (HubSpot training will be provided).
3)Excellent verbal and written English communication, with strong email writing and coordination skills.
4)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined, with the ability to manage follow-ups, schedules, and multiple tasks effectively.
5)Quick learner who is comfortable adopting new technologies and interested in building a long-term career in Sales.
6)Willing to work on-site and available to join within 15–30 days.
7)Internship or exposure to Sales, Marketing, Operations, or CRM/tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Airtable or similar) will be an added advantage.
