Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site sessions and some work-from-home tasks. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients with neurological and cognitive challenges,



develop individualized intervention plans, and implement therapeutic activities to improve daily functioning and independence. Responsibilities include conducting structured therapy sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with neurologists, psychologists, and coaches, and educating clients and caregivers on practical strategies for home and community environments. The role also involves contributing to group programs, workshops, and digital resources, ensuring interventions are aligned with NeuroSphere Global’s brain health framework. The Occupational Therapist will participate in interdisciplinary case discussions, maintain ethical and professional standards, and support a culture of empathy, safety, and inclusion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Occupational Therapy skills, including assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-informed rehabilitation for neurological and cognitive conditions.
