Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong telecom domain exposure to design, build, and maintain high-quality software components across OSS/BSS, network automation, and digital platform engagements. This is a hands-on engineering role — you will own individual modules end-to-end, write clean and well-tested code, and provide technical guidance to junior developers, while working closely with the Technical Lead on design and delivery.

Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Write clean, effective, reusable, and well-tested code.
Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.
Develop and maintain automated unit, integration,



and regression tests.
Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and performance improvements.
Identify technical debt and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/Python), and data/API layers.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product UI/UX - streaming LLM responses, agentic workflow visualisations, and intelligent data displays.
Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs; own the contract between frontend and backend within the squad.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend services; ensure code ships reliably to production.
Collaborate closely with UX/design to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive, accessible
