Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Journalist based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Journalist intern will research and report on aviation news, trends, and events, producing clear, accurate, and engaging stories for digital publication. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting news articles, feature stories, and press releases; conducting interviews with industry stakeholders; verifying facts and sources; and collaborating with editors to refine content. The role may also involve supporting live or recorded broadcasting segments, contributing to multimedia storytelling,



and assisting with coverage of aviation conferences and industry announcements. The intern will work closely with the editorial team to maintain journalistic standards, meet deadlines, and align content with Avionyz’s mission to simplify aviation for a global audience.

Qualifications
Solid Writing and News Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging journalism.
Experience or coursework in Research, including fact-checking, source verification, and data gathering.
Ability to draft and structure Press Releases aligned with editorial and brand guidelines.
Interest or exposure to Broadcasting, such as digital video, audio, or live coverage, is an advantage.
Pursuing or holding a degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
Demonstrated interest in aviation, aerospace, or transportation industries.
