3. Familiarity with financial systems and back -office tools
4. Experience supporting multiple Lines of Business (LOBs)Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage front -end and back -end transaction exceptions and rejects

Resolve debit exceptions accurately and within defined timelines
3. Process ACH rejects and returns Research and resolve missing deposits
4. Perform financial reconciliations and monetary adjustments
5. Handle equipment billing and related customer or internal inquiriesLocation :
