Job Overview


We are seeking a candidate for the role of Admission Counsellor to join our team at a reputed CBSE school in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students, guiding them through the enrollment process. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing the school’s values, curriculum, and infrastructure while driving student enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities


- Parent & Student Counselling: Promptly attend to walk -ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads. Guide parents through the school’s CBSE curriculum, infrastructure, fee structure, and admission policies.

- Admission Pipeline Management: Seamlessly manage the entire student enrolment lifecycle from the initial inquiry stage to documentation, fee payment, and final registration.

- Lead Generation & Follow -ups: Maintain a meticulous database of inquiries. Actively follow up with prospective parents to optimize conversion rates.

- Relationship Building: Serve as a brand ambassador for the school. Build lasting relationships with parents and handle their grievances or queries with empathy and professionalism.

- Event Coordination: Assist the management in planning, organizing, and executing school marketing events, open houses, and orientation programs.

- Database Management: Keep accurate, updated records of admissions and inquiries using Excel or school ERP software.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in a customer -facing/sales role, preferably in the K -12 education sector.

- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English and Hindi is essential).

- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and convincing skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic database management.

- Great organizational and multi -tasking abilities.

- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and skill set)
