About the Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end testing of client-facing tools, CRMs, and automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.

- Document test cases, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with internal tech and client teams to prioritize fixes.

- Validate data integrity across platforms including HubSpot, Zapier, Make.com, and internal custom tools.

- Run regression tests after feature updates and maintain a living QA repository for all client environments.





- Support client onboarding by validating system configurations and training materials for accuracy.

- Report metrics and QA insights to operations leads to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
