- Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises and cloud environments
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless application delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes, networking, and storage
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for OpenShift environments
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and best practices
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide training and support to internal teams on OpenShift usage and best practices
