- Responsible for enterprise batch scheduling platforms supporting infrastructure, application, database, and backup workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise schedulers (Control-M / Autosys / TWS)
- Schedule, monitor, and manage batch workflows
- Troubleshoot job failures, delays, and dependency issues
- Coordinate with application, DB, and infra teams
- Handle incidents, escalations, and RCA
- Support change and release activities
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and daily reports
