Role Overview
Responsible for driving B2B business growth through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion. The role involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, presenting EC-Council solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and driving opportunities through the sales cycle while building solid customer and partner relationships.
B2B Sales / SDR Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and lead generation.
- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, understand business needs, and qualify potential opportunities.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and demos to create interest and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Present and pitch EC-Council products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Manage qualified opportunities through the relevant stages of the sales cycle, including coordination with other sales stakeholders where applicable.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Follow up consistently to drive conversion, closure, and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, lead generation, or tele-sales.
- Solid communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, email outreach, and structured sales engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
